This past October we were able to make a whirlwind trip up through Georgia and visit Gram for the day and then we headed over to Birmingham for the weekend. We had such a sweet visit with Gram and the girls really enjoyed seeing her and climbing in her trees!
Our time in Birmingham was wonderful for the girls, they got lots of attention and had fun playing with cousin Kai. Unfortunately for Woody and I, a crazy horrible stomach bug wiped us out for 24 hours. It was bad, really bad. Thankfully, we could not have been in a better place to have the girls completely taken care of and looked after by Nonie, Dagan, Hannah, Michael and Kai. And even though we were really weak, we were still able to muster up enough strength to make it to the pumpkin patch with everyone our last day in town!
